Norsan is a diversified group operating in foodservice, food distribution, and media.

Norsan’s restaurant concepts include Frankie’s the Steakhouse, Pampas Steakhouse, Luciano’s Ristorante, and Frontera Mex-Mex Grill. Norsan also operates Prime Meats, a meat-packaging, and distribution company that provides meat products to restaurants and grocery stores in the Southeast.

Norsan Media is a Norsan division based in Charlotte, NC dedicated to  media communications targeting the South market. Currently, Norsan Media’s footprint includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Texas operating 29 radio stations, 3 TV stations, 1 weekly digital and printed publication, large scale festivals and special events, as well as digital and social media platforms. Norsan Media focuses on emerging and rapidly expanding Hispanic markets by connecting clients to the heart of the Hispanic consumers.

History

1987

Frontera Mex-Mex Grill opens its doors
in metro Atlanta, Georgia.

1992

Prime Meats was founded.

Incorporation of Norsan.

2002

Opened Pampas Steakhouse concept in Georgia.

2004

Opened Luciano’s Ristorante Italiano concept in Georgia.

Norsan broke into the Media business with the addition of Norsan Media in Charlotte, NC.

2017

Opened Frankie’s the Steakhouse concept in Georgia.

2019

Prime Meats Online launches, enabling clients to have top-quality steaks and cuts delivered right to their doorsteps. 

2020

Norsan Media expands to Texas with the new La Raza 95.1 FM station in Austin, totaling a combined reach of over 2.5M Hispanic listeners.

2021

H&W Steakhouse set to open in early Spring.
